Beautiful dress, great quality, and delivered on time!

Everything was absolutely perfect. From the day I first contacted them to the day I wore my dress. Customer service is outstanding shipping right on time even though I order a custom made dress with a short notice Thank you Christina for answering every single one of my annoying emails! And to the Olivia bottega team for creating my dream dress!!!!

I had the greatest experience with Olivia Bottega. It was very easy to take my measurements and send them off. I had my dress in 3 months and it fit like a glove! And it is the most beautiful dress I have ever seen! I love it so much!! I felt like a princess on my wedding day.

I ordered my dress out of stock through the website and someone else must have ordered it at the same time. So they let me know it was unavailable and offered to make me a completely new dress to my specifications. It was the best possible solution and I was so thankful that they didnt just tell me I was out of luck. I wore my dress as my party dress for my reception and everyone LOVED it. I want to wear it again for every occasion haha

I had a very disappointing experience with this store a week ago. I gave the exact measurements needed by coordinating with sales person online, via email and on facebook. The custom dress made I recieved a week ago was much smaller with incorrect measurements. They are refusing to help me with this and claiming I gave them the wrong measurements even though I took pictures of the dress measuring much lesser than the provided measurements. Very disappointed by this whole experience and the callousness of the people working here. Will never be ordering from this store or recommending this to anyone.

I ordered a custom dress : Noir bodice go with Gloria's dress. I didn't like Gloria's bodice because the heart shape top which make my small boobs look even smaller, so I go with Noir bodice, straight across on top and the glitter make it even better. I received after a month at the time they promised. Everything was beautiful. The dress was just a tiny bit loose but I did it intentionally when I gave them the measurements in case I gain weight ( still have 8 months until the wedding). So i'd say they stick to the given measurements. The fabric is beautiful and the glitter bodice just as I expected. However, they didnt keep the style of Noir's bodice but change it to the heart-shaped like the original Gloria dress. Now I gotta figure how to make my boob look bigger between now and then:( it is still a beautiful dress. For future brides just make sure you tell them everything you want to the detail and don't assume they would know like me

I went back & forth between 4 and 5 starts- the only reason I would have taken away a star is this; I placed my order for the Plus Size version of the Klouzi 2. Which on their website has a straight neckline. When I was emailing back and forth with them after placing my order, they confirmed to me Klouzi 2 is what they were proceeding with, but it didn't occur to me that meant they were using the standard-size design which actually has a sweetheart neckline. Because the responses were so patient & helpful with me, and because I could have clarified this in our email exchange if I had thought to ask, I am giving the last deserved star. The dress is gorgeous (needed a few alterations to shorten it because I purposely got long because I was nervous about ordering online). I was so happy I ordered a 2nd reception dress as well.
