Horrible experience, they sent me the wrong dress one week before my wedding date. And when I returned my dress they ignored my phone calls refusing to give me back my money. I didn’t get my money back until months later after I called from another phone number demanding my refund back. Don't give them your business, not professional at all.

Bought a custom dress from Olivia Bottega for my rehearsal dinner and was extremely happy with my decision! The quality is exquisite and the dress itself was absolutely beautiful -- I got so many compliments! I hope I get to wear it again some day! They are very responsive through customer service as well!

The customer service team is wonderful at Olivia Bottega. However, their policies are horrible! I ordered an in stock dress (mid length). It took forever to receive. They ask you your measurements even for an in stock dress. I gave them all the measurements they asked for. However they never asked for the length of my torso. I have a very long torso and the dress was too short. The straps nearly dug into my shoulders. I couldn’t wear the dress! They charged me an arm and leg to return the dress ON TOP of shipping and handling from either UPS, FedEx or DHL. I lost so much money buying a dress from this place. Do not do it! It’s not worth it!

The standard size or ready-to-ship items are made according to OB standard measurements. However, we perfectly understand that back in 2022 our routine process for handling Ready-to-ship orders used to be too complicated and time consuming, so we changed it. We made it simple and fast, because the majority of our customers opt for Ready-to-Ship designs when they are very tight on schedule. We continue to learn. If you are considering buying from Olivia Bottega… DO IT!! The process was easy, pleasant and quick. My dress was custom sized and it fit like a glove. Quality was exceptional. My dress was exactly what I wanted for our Las Vegas elopement. I would highly recommend this company and I’m super picky!

UPDATE: Really disapointed, the reply below was just for public show. They have not tried to resolve the issue at all or replied to me. The dress was custom made but doesn't fit and was far too long. There is no refund process so you are stuck with it. Edit. Thanks for your email, I have responded and just waiting for a reply.
