We are a private made-to-order production company, and after an order is placed we always confirm all details and provide an estimated delivery timeframe. While we do not currently send frequent automatic production updates, brides are always welcome to contact us at any stage for an update, and we always do our best to respond and help as quickly as possible. Regarding the lace-up back, the opening between the corset sides can vary depending on body proportions and how measurements distribute across the silhouette, and we do mention this on our website as well. Our dresses are made based on provided measurements rather than a full in-person couture fitting. Please feel free to contact us directly, we would be happy to help find a solution for this issue.

Dear Ashley, Thank you for your feedback! It’s really important for us. We are most awfully sorry to hear about your experience with us. Thank you for sharing the whole situation from your perspective. Generally, our custom-made dresses suit perfectly to every bride most of the time. But we need to admit that we can not take into account some individual measurements, which are possible to make only with real-life meetings at the atelier. We sew the custom-made dress under standard measurements only. For example, the sleeves measurements should be taken at least a few measurements for the perfect fit. But we use only the bicep measurement. I feel that mistake, that we didn't suggest to you to have the corset boning as the extra for the top of the dress, it would provide extra support for the chest and the back as well. We want to send you the extra sleeves and the separate invisible corset for your dress it will help with the extra support. We will send you extra instructions and our manager will contact you shortly about the details and find the best solution together. We really want you to be happy and satisfied on your Wedding day and have that “sparkles” inside of you and outside!
