I had a great experience. I received a ready-to-ship Cameron dress and I was impressed with the efficiency in delivery and even more amazed by the actual dress. The quality of the dress is impeccable; it is a lovely satin. I loved the design in the front, the corset back and it had pockets (perfect for tissues and lip gloss). It is a timeless and elegant dress; definitely felt like a princess.

Pedí un vestido a Olivia Bottega porque estaba enamorada del tejido con brillos como segundo vestido para el baile, y fue un acierto total!!! Lo compré de "ready to ship" con lo que me salió muy bien de precio y la talla corresponde perfectamente, no tengo que hacerle ningún arreglo. Viene muy bien en la caja y con su funda de percha. Lo mejor de todo es que tenía prisa para recibirlo y estuve hablando con Aylona vía mail que me dió la facilidad de que llegase en 2-3 días laborables por unos 49€ lo cual fue fantástico y estoy encantada con su atención, pendiente en todo momento. Muchas gracias, se lo aconsejo a cualquiera que esté en dudas porque la calidad es genial y es aún más precioso que en fotos. Yo pedí el vestido Nichelle :-)

The dress is absolutely beautiful, it came in the time frame they provided and was packaged well, I really appreciated how quick they were with answering my questions.

I had the best customer support! When I ordered the dress in my size (on sale), they sent me an email saying that the size I bought was sold out. But because it was their fault, they said they will make the same dress in my size and send it to me for the same “sale” price💖 the dress was PERFECT!!! I had so much fun in it✨

The dress was made and fit perfectly. The sparkles on the skirt and detailed rhinestone bodice stole the show! I received so many compliments!

It took a long time for the payment system to work but the customer service team worked hard to make it right. They do take a long time to custom order so plan accordingly. The dress I received was slightly different than the one on the site, the tulle was very very poofy compared to the natural look in the images. I had the tulle fixed and love the dress. The dress was good quality and breathtaking. Pros and cons for sure. I would order from here again but I’d do it a couple months prior to my event.

I had an AMAZING expirience with Olivia Bottega. I'm a plus size bride and the fact that the dresses were made to custom size without any extra charge was top tier service. They were kind, communicative and easy to work with! The dress was delivered on time, fit perfectly, and I felt beautiful! It was high quality and a joy to wear! I could not recommend them more.
