I was previously unhappy with my experience because I got a dress that did not fit or look right and I was initially told that I could not return it but the staff was very understanding and ended up letting me return the dress for a nearly full refund. Customer service was great and the dress looked exactly as it should have, I just did not realize what would look good on me. If you are ordering a wedding dress online, totally recommend this company.

I was nervous ordering my wedding dress from online but the seamstress was in contact with me throughout the process and it turned out beautifully! I was able to take my own measurements and they sewed the dress perfectly to my size. My dress was just how I imagined it would be and great quality.

My Dream came true with Ella dress I have followed Olivia Bottega's Instagram for a long time, and the moment when I saw the Ella dress, I knew that it would be mine. This is my first time ordering a dress from overseas and I had no idea how the process was going to be taken. I doubted everything, but with help from Katherine, all of my concerns were eased away. She is such an enthusiastic consultant that I have ever had. She answered all my questions with care. I was so lucky to have you as my consultant. The dress fits me perfectly and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day (my wedding is 10 months ahead). Thanks, Olivia Bottega team for bringing me perfect experiences.
