What an incredible store with even better employees! Chandler was so sweet and helpful. Their initiative to donate proceeds to charity is so inspiring. After a recent family cancer diagnosis, it was heartwarming 20% went towards Cancer Cartel.

I sent a message explaining that I forgot to include my welcome15 code with a promise of hearing back from you via email. I’ve yet to receive a response. I didn’t see a phone number to call either.
Response from OlivelaJul 15, 2025
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're very sorry you haven't received a response yet—that’s not the experience we aim to provide. I have reviewed your message and noticed our Customer Care Representative replied to your message the next business day, informing you that she had applied the 15% discount code amount as a refund back to your oiriginal payment method. While issues like this are rare, we’re always here to make things right.
