So far I'm not impressed, website often won't load, andthree calls over 3 days to customer service have gone to voice mail and without a call back. Was hoping to exchange item at the discounted purchased price but website has no option for doing that. Just emailed Customer Service so we'll see how long that takes to get a response. For the $1600 I paid for the gown, I have higher expectations.

I received my item at the end of the promised delivery window, but status stayed in 'Processing' for a week before the item was finally shipped. My email to support went unanswered, and with my two calls to support I was told they would get back to me and didn't either time. If you call customer care before 9am EST you get an automated message, even though the website says 8am-4pm EST.

The box in which I received a single dress I ordered could have fit 2 small children in it. Packaging was ridiculous. Would have like smaller/more thoughtful packaging for something that didn't require such a large box.

I was directed to voicemail whenever I called during business hours . I also took a few days for someone to answer my email . Which left me worried that my return hadn’t reached the shipping address .
