I didn’t talk to anyone in person. But ordering online was very easy.

I returned this swimsuit unworn, with tags intact and the sanitary liner in place, yet the company falsely claimed the liner was removed and denied my refund. The fit was terrible especially for larger chests and the quality did not match the price. Their handling of returns is dishonest and disappointing. Purchase at your own risk.

We’re truly sorry you had this experience and understand how frustrating it must feel. At Olivela, we take pride in providing high-quality items and fair, consistent return inspections—situations like this are very uncommon. We’d like to look into your order personally to ensure we make this right. One of our Customer Service Reps will be reaching out to you.

This is not my first great experience with the team at OLIVELA ! I’m always treated with respect and kindness. Mindi was professional and polite to the upmost degree. She handled the small issue I had with diligence and was swift to resolve the challenge. What an asset Mindi is to the OLIVELA staff and should be commended for her exceptional work. Reassuring to know when shopping here my wants and needs are shown the proper concern and attention. I will continue to shop here and look forward to it! Thank you for listening! Warm regards, Rebecca D.

We're very sorry to hear this happened. This is not typical of the service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must be. We’re here to help make it right and appreciate the chance to improve your experience.

Absolutely the best! I reached out as I ordered a dress yesterday online and then I received an e-mail to enjoy my first order 15% off which was a significant savings ($60) on the dress I just ordered for full price. Joy answered my e-mail and credited my account withing 2 hours! Fabulous customer service!
