It's advertised as 100% natural - the ingredients aren't natural. It's a lie - and unethical. I hate when companies brand things as natural when they clearly aren't. It's false advertising and puts all the work on the consumer to avoid synthetics and ingredients that aren't good for the body.

Like other reviewers, I have been charged for a repeat ‘subscription’ that I have not signed up for, I have sent emails and filled in online form but had no response. Do not use this company under any circumstances.

Absolutely duped. Like others, I purchased a one-time order but have been charged for a second order as part of a "subscription" that I never would have opted into. I've emailed but am not holding my breath based on others' reviews. I will be livid if I have to go through my CC company. Quasi, can you hear me? I need a refund and no more products. The masks are fine, the shipping is slow, but I did receive my order. I would never re-order these at their price point and scammy practices.

i ordered a pack of four and with the discounted rate got 12 sent to me. They are ok, nothing great they slide off your face they are sopping wet & do not mould to your face like suggested. would not buy again... or so i thought.. woke this morning to find they have taken another $109 out of my account for another 8 masks!!!!! I'm seething... how dare they!? I cannot find anywhere that i have signed up for recurring payment. I cannot contact them. Gutted, what a bunch of dirty scammers. looks like i nhave to change my credit card now.. great!

More about being unable to canc l subscription. I didn’t realise that I had selected it and now they are taking £72 per month for masks I do not want or need. I have sent 6 emails requesting subscription cancellation referencing the last order and I am just getting an automated email saying they will offer skip a month:

Just as previous reviews have already stated, Quasi is a financial scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a one-off 12 pack in July, then in August I get a "subscription" order confirmation, for another 12!!!! Not only have I illegally been added to a bogus subscription, it is 3 times more frequent then they recommend. They worst money grab I've seen. I used 1 of their masks and hated it. I've reached out to them with no reply, I will now have to cancel the credit card they have on file. Worst cosmetic company experience!

Financial scam. They unknowingly enrol one off buyers into monthly subscriptions and provide no notification they are doing so or way to opt out. As someone who works in a bank, this is highly unethical and very a standard scam practice, disregard any response the company are giving otherwise. I recommend applying for a charge back vis your financial services dispute resolution process.
