It is difficult to communicate with them in any shape, form, or fashion. I get auto shipments and I am not even halfway through my first order. Stop!

I'm not impressed with product the first day face feels hydrated after that nothing. I've used it for a month now along with the stick you can get for target areas , under eyes, forehead line and frown lines twice daily no change in anything. I leave mask on over night maybe its not for Black people.

I loved the first order of the masks. But when I ordered more, they never were delivered to my address. I contacted customer service and was told they are not responsible for undelivered packages. Never will I buy again.

Unfortunately the product did not work well on my skin and I am highly sensitive. But I spoke to the help desk who helped me cancel the subscription and this was done instantly and the team member Elizabeth was so helpful and understanding

I ordered the salmon mask, 20 of them and used one for 5 straight nights and nothing has changed with my crows feet or wrinkles. It does have a cooling n smooth feeling overnight as it soaks in the skin but it does not do a thing yiu say it does for wrinkles. I have some left and will use them weekly for the cooling n moisturizer effect but would not order them again. I can use cream before bed and get the same results

I have not used the product as yet. I am hoping it will be good for my facial skin after using a chemo cream ordered by my Dermotogist for 4-7 days. Is it possible for you to let me know if that will be ok for my treated skin on my face? That is my plan.

The face masks arrived reasonably quick, I tried the masks on several occasions, the skin felt nice and supple, but the fine lines and bags under the eyes were still there. Gave some to friends to try too and they were ok with them, whether they will order some time, I don’t know. I did find it annoying that the time given to let me know that another batch was coming was not long enough for me to cancel, on the strength of that I will not be ordering anymore, I did send an email to cancel my subscription, I’ve not had a reply, but they were very quick to say I couldn’t cancel as the current order as it was on the way.
