Think Twice Before Buying from Quasi! My experience with Quasi has been extremely disappointing. My order was promised within 3–5 days but took 13 days to arrive. Worse, all five boxes arrived wet and damaged. When I reported the issue with photos and requested a refund, I was put through more than 10 email exchanges without a satisfactory resolution. Now, Quasi wants me to pay return shipping AND accept a 20% restocking fee — even though the order arrived damaged. Why should customers pay extra for a problem they did not cause? I believe a company should take responsibility for damaged deliveries and treat customers fairly. Instead, I feel I am being penalized for reporting a problem. I am sharing my experience to warn other consumers: Please think carefully before purchasing from Quasi. I have photos and email records to support my account. I am still asking Quasi for a full refund without return shipping charges or restocking fees. Please be careful they put you on subscription automatically without your approval, must send email to cancel or you will be continue to receive unwanted product.

I was immediately contacted by someone after I made my order and that was really nice. Also I hadn't realized I had done something up and ordering and she gave me the email address to text and get that fixed. It was nice actually having someone talk to me on a Saturday afternoon after I made an order. I can already tell customer service is great with this company.

There was no hard sell to buy more items. If this product works as well as the marketing platform states the I wont be just a first time buyer.
