So disappointing. Ordered one of these as a treat for an event, never arrived. When I contacted customer service they replied and said they would send another and I clarified my address. None arrived. Denying me a refund now and it's been over two months since my order. I will be reporting them unless a refund is received.

I love these masks! Purchased on a BOGO Mother’s Day sale, buy 4 get 8 and only received 4😞 Have reached out to their customer service. Will wait and see how they resolve and change review accordingly.

Honestly I’m so disappointed, these have been all over my Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Of course I wanted to try it! But honestly just so disappointed. The masks are cut wonky so you need to trim them down to fit your face. The reviews suggest there is lots of liquid in the packet… not so, it was just enough to have the mask damp. Then I woke and yes it was clear, but my skin just kind of felt sticky. I did as it suggested, cleansed my face, toner only. But just not impressed. The glowy skin these review videos show is just not the case. I wouldn’t waste your money. For information, I bought two packets, used one, hoping to return the other as part of their refund policy as it’s a waste of money.

I was skeptical, I mean who doesn’t want amazing skin!! But then I looked into the company.All positive reviews are from people who have never reviewed, who are from the US and who never posted a review before. Doesn’t that sound a bit strange?

I ordered masks from the company and part of my motivation for buying was their money back guaranteed advertised… However, when I went to return them, they do charge a restocking fee and make you pay for shipping. They were responsive in my request for return, however feel like they aren’t being transparent and using integrity in their marketing. Additionally, the 30 day moneyback guarantee is only if you have not used them so you couldn’t use a product, recognize it’s not a good fit for your skin, and return it. For someone that has sensitive skin and is taking a risk whenever buying products, the integrity of the return process is very important to me. I will not be ordering from this company again.

These masks are cheap and fall apart before I can get them on my face. A total scam. Save your money.

You can buy collagen masks on amazon for less than half the price using the same videos in the promotions as this company. Who's videos are they actually using? It's got scam written all over it. Do not buy.
