Terrible subscription service Like most of these companies that flood social media accounts, quasi will renew your subscription automatically without any notice. There is no account to log into to be proactive about future orders. Buyer beware.

This company signs you up for subscription service without your knowledge. I was charged a large sum of money without my knowing consent. It also took over a month to get the items. They are not returning my emails. This is fraud. Don't order from them.

I ordered the buy one get one free option for 3 boxes for a total of six on a form specifically for this sale. I received three boxes only. The company tells me on their end it came through as 3 only. Will not do anything. Now I am waiting for confirmation they do not have me on a subscription. Scam company!!!!!

Scam! I ordered one time and just got a confirmation email that I ordered again. I did not sign up for a subscription! No where to cancel subscription and they won’t answer my emails to cancel the subscription!

Very shady business that uses scamming tactics. There is very very fine print when you go to buy their masks that tells you they will enroll you in an auto subscription. It's easy to miss and then you're hit with a surprise email a month later telling you, you've ordered another round of masks. It makes it look like a choice you made when you didn't. That then makes it harder to dispute with your credit card company. There is no way to easily unsubscribe on the site or take your card number off. You have to email and they don't respond in a timely manner. I'm still waiting two days later for ANY response. Don't do business with these people.

Hi-please confirm that I will not have any subscription charged to my form of payment since it appears that you unknowingly place customers into an auto renewal subscription upon ordering, my order #351014 I am shocked that a company can do this without having serious consequences

SCAM same problem as a lot of other people orderd some didn’t see anything about subscription today they ended up charging me 180 dollars due to me signing up for a subscription that i wasn’t aware about have not responded to any of my emails. I want a refund don’t want the products but they have been unhelpful

Can’t find any legit info about yet, Amazon has many vendors appearing to sell the same product? Supposed to be a Korean skin care company.
