If I could give no stars, I would. I didn’t realize that I signed up for a subscription and alerted the company when I received the 2nd order. They assured me in writing that they canceled my subscription on Sept 24, but on Oct 17 I was charged again. They now say they will refund me once I get the order and return it. I have had to cancel my card to ensure this doesn’t happen again. BEWARE

The quasi mask was ok. It doesn't let my skin that shiny and smooth like they promised. I tried to cancel my order because I still have product and they told me that is not possible for their policy. Awful customer service.

This company does not allow you to get out of a subscription product without much effort. The return window is only 10days and you pay shipping and a restocking fee. Masks require 2+ hours to work and they recommend daily usage. Not practical. Full on scam.

Im 61, have good skin for my age (few lines). Ive been trying these masks once a week for the last month. They slide off my face (1st hour) and didn't go clear for up to 4 hours. Ok wearing to bed over night. Skin looks OK in the morning, but nothing amazing like you see in their adverts. I won't be re purchasing, can get better results with my face cream

I gave this product a try for two weeks, didn't see anything changed to my skin. I waited almost two weeks for my hydration glow masks to arrive. Today 10/11 I checked my email and saw another set of order is processed for shipping which I didn't authorize and no email to inform me. I emailed them and was told by Hiba Taj Quasi support. He told me that I ordered with the 10% discount with auto which he sent me a screenshot of the original order. But the problem was it is the screenshot of my new order with the price that was higher than my original order. He also informed me after I requested for a refund since this mask did nothing to my skin after I gave it a try for two weeks. He told me it was too late because I only have 10 days after I purchased. This is ridiculous when I places an order it took them over 10-12 days before I even get the face mask. I went into the official website and saw the refund is 30 days. Right there it sounds like this Hiba Taj support team is already try to not get me my refund. Shady business. I just want my refund and don't want anything from this company which I will need to return the new order they automatically take money from my credit card and I already told Habi Taj to cancel any future order.

They hide a small check box and line that is auto-checked for a monthly subscription on the very busy check out page so you will get charged at least 2x before you catch it. Really shady and the mask is just ok.

My wife ordered these thinking that they were legit. They arrived and they seemed cheaply made for the price paid. She only got round to using them a couple of times when another $168 came out of our account without authority. I connected them and they said”you signed up for a monthly renewal and the order can not be cancelled as it has been shipped” she never signed up but they refuse to refund even though the order had not yet been shipped. 6 days later she had an emailed they just shipped the order, Do not use these people unless you liked being ripped off. they claim to be the offical site and original manufactures. In truth they are a bunch of scamming unreasonable cheating dogs that prey on the vulnerable
