I visited the McComb Mississippi Store tonight and had an EXCEPTIONAL experience. Adam Willingham gave me 5 Star Service! I arrived at the store about 7:45 to get my mothers 70th Birthday Party Programs printed, without hesitation Adam went far and beyond to help me make my event a success! Adam’s customer service is outstanding. McComb Store, General Manager, Manager you have a jewel who takes pride in his job and your customers!

I asked for my items to be returned 30 days ago. I was told it would take 5-7 days now 4 times. It has been 30 days and 14, one hour phone calls to a call center. Granted the call center can do absolutely nothing more than look in their computer and see exactly what I see on my account. Never again.......Office Depot I am Team Amazon forever they sell the exact items as you and most of the time for less money. High level executives from Office Depot should be reading these reviews or this is the next company you will see filing bankruptcy

I went to buy a external hard drive in store which was listed as in stock on their website..... The clerk said It wasn't in stock but had to go back twice to check as their in - store system said they had it in store as well..... No luck. So the clerk says : I can order it for you shipping is free ( a little voice was telling me just to pay the extra 10 bucks and get it on Am$%^n. ) Ok I tell him to order it to be delivered to my home. It will arrive on the 8th of march he tells me. On March 8th I get 2 emails from office depot the first says my product has shipped ( hmmm it was suppose to arrive on the 8th ) the second says the delivery will be delayed by a day! I'm waiting and waiting for it to arrive. Then on the 12th I get a email from office depot with a return confirmation of my item! Their service is a joke. Cant you figure out if you no longer have an item in stock or can no longer get the item! Trust me dont wast 2 weeks or more of your time go to St^%&les I ordered same drive from them ( same price ) and it came the next day free shipping!

I ordered a laptop 4times in a month,surprisingly my credit card is not working only for these people. Okay... I accepted the first time and tried an other one even then the same thing(no issues from bank) literally I tried three credit cards and some says declined and some says “invalid”. I wasted all time calling merchant and bank whole month to solve and try to understand the issue. Worst customer service and worst website I have come accross.

I paid for next day delivery before 12 noon. It arrived 3.5 days later. They have told lies saying I did not pay for this service but I can prove I did and would share this with you if I could copy & paste. They are liars and did not fulfill the contract :(

If there was an option for zero stars thats what I would give them. The worst ever delivery service. They do not deliver as promised. Don't ever use them.

If you're running a busy business and need office supplies, furniture or a computer DO NOT use these people. I needed a new laptop in a hurry. They haven't even processed my order. These people are definitely not on their toes so you better be if you're using them as a vendor. I've spent so much money over the years with them and it's a disappointment that my loyalty is completely disregarded.
