I needed some documents laminated. I went to Office Depot in Prince Frederick. They were both helping other customers, so I waited for about 5 minutes. I gave instructions to have them all laminated. Four of the documents were regular size and not a problem. The last two were oversize but were able to be done too. They were very polite and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them to others, Thank you for such polite and quick service.

Keith at the Boardman Ohio store was so helpful! My husband and I were having trouble printing invitation on the self service copier/printer. After the 2nd time being in to the store for the same thing ( and I still didn't have it right) Keith jumped right in to help. It even took a few minutes past closing to get everything squared away, but he did it and never made us feel like a bother. Thank you for all your help!

I had an incredible experience with the Office Depot in Orland Park, IL. The local store staff went above and beyond, but what really blew me away was the regional manager, Shaun who stepped in personally to work out some fantastic deals for me on things the local store standardly isn't authorized to do. It is rare to see regional leadership so hands-on and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Huge thanks to the Orland Park team and Shaun for making this happen—they have earned a customer for life

I was so impressed with all of your Customer Service workers LAITH RETTA JESSIE 0263 Miller RD. awesome service each of them. I said they should be rewarded with a dinner card a gas card. They should be put on the recognition board and given up $50 phenomenal employee bonus. Thank you for your service. Blessings.🙏🏼💃🏾👑

Teck service at the Alcoa, TN store was the best from any store I've been to that worked with me present while transferring my data from a device with 2 accounts that required separation. Blake assisted me with getting my email, plus a recovery email, McAfee, how to export photographs without losing any. He took the time to ensure when I left there with my computer everything I required was set up ready to use. I'm an elderly woman and not computer literate and the service was outstanding from one of your outstanding employees.
