Went into the Office Depot store on South Nova road in Daytona Beach. Talked with the rude manager about returning a chair and purchasing a different one. After finding different chair and returning to the check out lane the manager was no where to be found. An employee arrived to make the return and then purchase off the second chair. He was unable to accomplish the task and a second employee arrived and completed the transaction. DURING THIS EXCHANGE AN INSURANCE POLICY WAS ADDED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. Now I am required to return tom store for refund. I will get noting for my extra time or travel expense. Customer service at the corporate level was no help and told me top go to the store. Lost my business for ever.

placed an order for 150.00 and then rec email to prove myself, phoned them up and they asked for a photo of credit card(last 4 numbers blocked) tried 6 times to email them this each time bouncing back to me, phoned another 2 times to verify the email address and it was correct but still bouncing back I decided to do a fresh order seeing i could not get the verification over to them, this seemed to work and got confirmation and goods del following day. Great or so i though 3 days later got another confirmation that the 1st order was being delivered the following day which i gladly refused and reported to Office Direct, the same day i rec confirmation email saying my £150 would be refunded within 14 days, yesterday the 11th June was 15 days and i chased this up with cust service. I was told that they would push it through and i should have it by the end of the week === 18 days ??? I requested a call from a supervisor and was told i should rec a call the same day, this has not happened and again today still no call from them and still no refund, pretty poor 1st time here last time here. Simples

They are a bunch of crooks who steal your money .Dont ever buy from them if you dont want your money stolen,They lie and cheat and do anything the can to steal your money. PW

Recently I ordered Bounty Paper Towels from Officedepot. I got the product but not a regular Bounty paper towels. The product seems to be different. I would not recommend buying it.

I am so disappointed. Office depot used to be my go to store, not anymore. Purchased a stool online received a floor model or another return or something. I called them, foreign customer service rep explained the whole situation and they told me to have it ready for pick up for them. They will switch it out.. I'm holding my breath..

On April 18th my 18 year old son took his own life. As we dealt with this devastating situation we had many things to do in preparation for his funeral/memorial service. One of these things was to have his memorial picture slide show placed on a zip/flash drive. Since we didn't have one we headed to the DELAND, FL Store to purchase one and have the print shop place it on the flash/Zip drive for us. Having been a resident of DeLand for many years we used this store on many occasions to have menus printed many times for our downtown DeLand restaurant. I would email the current version of the menu to the staff at this store in DeLand and they would in turn print our menus for me to pick up. This happened many times over the course of many years and I was NEVER charged a fee for them to open their email and download the menu to be printed. Fast forward to our visit to this DeLand store for our sons memorial slide show video. I found a flash/Zip drive and took it to the person at the print shop counter. Asked her if I could email the video to her so she could download it for me on the drive. She told me that it was against store policy for her to use her email for that purpose. I was confused as I had done it many times before with my menus. Perhaps the policy had changed or perhaps the other person was truly helping me out with my menu printing? Anyway, I asked her if she could attach my iPhone to her computer to download the video. She again told me that if was against store policy to do just that but she did it anyway. This was a nice gesture and the only good thing that happened during our visit. At no point did she tell me there was going to be a charge fo the service to do so. It literally took her less than 60 seconds to attach my phone and download the video to my newly purchases zip/flash drive. Now I tried to check out and pay for the drive. It took over 15 minutes for the staff/manager to figure out what SKU code they needed to use to charge me for this 60 second service. Much to my surprise and horror they told me the charge for this was going to be $40. I was already in a state of shock from dealing with the death of my son and was forced to pay what I feel was an exorbitant amount for less than 60 seconds of help. I realize that some charge may have been warranted but $40? I am seeking a refund of this amount. I have reached out to corporate Office Depot/ Office Max and they put me in touch with the manager of the DeLand store, Mr. Sheldon Greenstein. While he expressed his sympathy for the tragic loss of my son he to date has refused to refund me my $40 which based on my situation (and the employees knew what I was dealing with at the time) I feel as though should come back to me with a huge apology. I realize that company polices are in place for good reasons but please give the store manager the ability to waiver from policy when the situation warrants it.

OFFICE DEPOT PARIS ODEON PRATIQUES FRADULEUSES le colis ups a été envoyé au magasin office depot odeon en octobre 2018. Le colis n'a pas été livré. Le responsable du magasin et son employé sont incompetants, improfessionnels, irrespectueux, déforment la réalité au téléphone en prétendant qu'ils étaient jamais contactés par ups à ce sujet tandis que ups envoit les preuves du contraire. Ce magasin a reçu ces preuves par mail. Le 29 avril 2019 le responsable de ce magasin s'est permis de prendre le ton arrogant par téléphone en prétendant que "j'étais pas la cliente de ce magasin et qu'il n'était pas à me répondre", tandis que j'ai payé les services nonfournis à ce magasin Cette personne se comporte improfessionnellement avec les clients. Je n'ai pas eu ni de remboursement ni de confirmation, apparemment ces personnes savent que contester les avis qui les concernent au lieu de faire leur travail correctement. Ce magasin ne répond pas aux mails concernant ce probleme tandis que c'est bien ce magasin qui est resposable pour les demarches liées aux problemes avec ups. Ups a contacté à plusieurs reprises ce magasin en demandant les informations supplementaires, le magasin office depot odeon n'a rien fait. Cela fait 6 mois que cela dure. A EVITER ABSOLUMENT!

I ordered a poster on their deal free next day shipping deal. I would highly recommend not to be swindled by the phrasing. I tried to confirm it two different times with the live support chat of office depot and both times the tech support assured me that it means that the poster will be made in a day and delivered next day. I decided to give them a shot, and surprise surprise, I should have read the reviews first. 4 days have passed and I still have no clue where my poster is. I contacted the tech support again today, and I was informed that my poster is still in the process of making and will post tomorrow, will reach me the day after tomorrow. Thank you Office Depot, next time I will check the reviews first.
