Placed order on 1/3/19. Never received item. Email confirmation from Office Depot said that I would receive my item on 1/9/19. No item by 1/10/19. I tried looking up the order on their website with all the information provided on the email. Website had no record of me, which is strange since they generated an email confirmation with this. Contacted customer service through the website on 1/10. The agent was very nice, however stated that he was surprised because the order stated (in their computer) that the delivery was delayed by the carrier, but no explanation was given. He then said that he would look into it some more and get back to me within 24 hours. On 1/11/19, I received an email from another person stating that the order was delivered on 1/10, maybe I didn't see it. I replied to the email stating that no, it was never delivered and it is a huge blue recycle bin, full size, there is no way I would have missed it, nor are we issued them by our trash company, so if anyone on the block had it, I would have noticed. Filed a PayPal claim against Office Depot on 1/18. Finally the recycle bin was miraculously found and delivered on 1/22/19. It was scratched up on the lid and had about 15 stickers all over it, including my order receipt glued completely over the recycle symbol on the front of the can! Nineteen days to deliver a damaged item. Amazing. I have never had such poor service in my life. Wish I could leave zero stars. You could not pay me to shop here.

Absolutely the worst experience with this company! I placed an order for some envelopes and cancelled it after 10 mins because I ordered the wrong ones. They shipped the order anyway (the next day) and the driver would not allow me to refuse delivery. Now they are saying that someone will collect so that I can have a refund, but I have waited 4 times for the driver now and they have never showed up. They claim that he tried to call my mobile, which is a lie. I'm not even sure they arranged to collect ever to be honest. Horrendous customer service and a terrible experience!!!

if i can give negative 5 star i would. Ordered a conference table and was never delivered. Claim table was delivered and requested who signed it and wanted proof. Couldn't provide one. Called so many time to only get the same run around. Claimed to had sent out a replacement and that didn't arrive either. Told me the table will be delivered between 8-5 yesterday. Call after 5 and waited another 2 hours and shocking no delivery. They had no way of reaching the driver and also told them to have the driver call me. Again nothing, shocking. One day to a presentation and no conference table. How embarrassing, and leaving me one day to find a table. No call back when they said they will, no email communication of update when they said they will sent one. No longer worth my time to keep talking to customer service as nothing is going to happen. I will no longer shop with office depot.

I made a purchase of $150.00 at the location 4627 S. JACK KULTGEN FREEWAY in WACO,TX 76706. My receipt is dated for 1/7/19 and the time was at 4:06pm. I had my receipt emailed. My complaint is below: During my transaction with male cashier, I stated that I needed change for $60 and I wanted to purchase my item/s for $150.00. Total of two transactions. So my method of cash payment was for the item/s in the amount of $150.00. During this payment, I reminded the cashier that I still needed change for $60.00. I requested for the cashier to give me change in $5.00 bills in the total amount of $60.00. I had 3 $20.00 bills in hand, the cashier shut the drawer and said that he could not give me change. I then, requested for a manager to assist me. The manager was a female named Ashley Anderson. She asked if she could assist me. I repeated my request for change. However, Anderson denied my request. She said once the drawer was closed. I could not get change. In review of video for my transaction, it shows th drawer is still open during the exchange of payment for my items. I also repeated that I needed change, and the cashier ignored my request. I am disappointed with this location customer service.

The absolute WORST service anyone could possibly imagine and we have a Business Account. Orders literally to not get delivered and no one does anything about it. If I can give them negative stars I would. If you are a business and need supplies - do yourself a HUGE favor and do not go with Office Depot. You'll spend more time trying to track them down. So bad!

Tried to order small and simple items online. Such a hassle from the coupon they offered to the checkout. Then when I didn’t receive the orders( they come separate) they stated I already received the complete order. Had to call customer service they finally worked it out but it was so much hassle I will not be able to deal with them again. Too many numbers to call to get an issue resolved. I tried chat, email and in the end they force you to call for their mistakes. To top off everything one email I got said there was a signature ( you don’t ever sign for these small cheap items) showed some fake UPS received and obviously it wasn’t my signature.

DON'T try to order online for in-store pickup in Houston. I tried and I regret it. The ordering online was fine. But when I got to the store, I could not get my order out of their "Amazon-like" locker. It required a code, but OD did not send me the code! I got an email and tried the order number, but that was not good enough to open the locker. I tried to get help from an in-store associate. She couldn't open the locker, either, and there was no manager or supervisor she could get---there were only 3 workers in a 5000 sf store, and one HAD to go home NOW because she worked her hours. Asking for a refund is even worse. I left the store and was told I had to call for a refund. They acted like I was on the moon. Grilled me on how I paid, what my account number was, and more! Third-degree over a simple order cancellation. Three days later, I get a message by email says that I cannot cancel because I picked up my order! Heck, I couldn't even open the locker! So now they LIE about the order being picked up! I'm out $500 plus the merch. I had to go to AmEx to file a complaint. And Office Depot wonders why they are losing the retailing war to Amazon and others? Look in the mirror, folks!
