My experiences with Home Depot have always been horrible. I was looking for someone to direct me to the notebooks for 10 minutes, and no one was on the floor to help. When I finally got the notebooks, I got in line, and there was one person in front of me, and one cashier. The person in front of me took a very long time, but the cashier didn’t even acknowledge me. I waited for about 15 minutes until a manger came up and finally checked me out. I will never return to Office Depot.

Terrible company to order from. Ordered a small print order and as if two weeks trying to get them print it they still do not have it done. Have heard every excuse in the book for reasons they have not completed the job. Now it is the day before I needed the job completed and I am standing in front of them only to find out they have to redo the whole thing because they never saved the proofs. Unbelievable on the lack of follow through and customer service. I would give less than one star but this site does not allow me to do that. My opinion don't order anything from Office Depot.

I ordered a desk online and was given a choice between picking it up in the store or next business day delivery. I chose the next business day delivery and when I checked the order status the following Monday it indicated that it wouldn't be delivered until the next Monday. Flash forward to that Monday and I get an automated phone call wanting me to schedule delivery for Wednesday between 9 and 1 and informing me that I had to be home to receive the desk. I called them to see what could be done so I wouldn't have to spend four hours sitting at home on a work day, but I was told it was too late to modify my order even if the desk would fit in my car. I was hung up on by the first person I spoke with and the second person spent over 15 minutes trying to transfer me. Finally, I got to speak to someone in executive customer relations who apparently couldn't get my desk to me any sooner, but said that the desk could be left outside my front door. That Wednesday I got a voicemail from a man at 1:45 saying that he had my delivery and I wasn't home. When I got home at 2:30, the desk wasn't waiting for me. I called them again and apparently the delivery driver never got the message about leaving the desk outside, so I would have to wait another day before they tried to deliver it again. I told them to either get it to me that day or cancel my order. It never came. I spent nearly two weeks waiting for a desk and have nothing to show for it. I'd recommend either picking your order up from the store or not shopping with them at all.

I am giving two stars instead of one because I was at least able to speak to an actual person. I ordered a four draw filing cabinet. It was delivered by one man who dropped it down from the back of the truck by himself, and then banged it up each of the stairs. I should have taken it out of the box while he was still there, but we were in the middle of meeting with a client. Needless to say, once I took the box off I have dents on both sides. I called to get a replacement and the order needs to be returned, money processed back to my account and then I need to do the order over again. It shouldn't be this difficult to just replace a damaged cabinet??? Why...

I was very disappointed by there service .....I order 2 backpacks for my daughters to find out that they where discontinue without notice and now my daughters have no backpacks for school.

Worst company to deal with. I have ordered 8 orders in the past six months and 4 went missing and were never found, 1 came in damaged, 1 came but nothing was in the package. That leaves me with 2 correct and delivered orders. They have great prices but what's the point if you don't receive the products? Very sad and hopefully Office Depot will get a new shipping company.

The site is terrible: I was given misinformation by the text support and live chat saying that they had inkjet printers in store that you can print onto but in reality they don't never trusting here again

I bought a desk online in June Then I canceled it because it was going to be too big I then re ordered another desk online and receive that desk and have it up in my Room. I made a phone call to office depot at the store they told me I need to contact another phone number regarding my refund since I paid it on the line. I contacted the office several times and they kept telling me it was being processed. When I finally got the check I put it in the bank and the couple days later a stop payment had been put on the check class I was being charged a $10 fee because of the stop payment. I called the office again they said it was still in process. Stull waiting on my $466
