Ran into a faulty part, contacted customer service and from that point on A. Rehman (customer service rep) guided me through the process perfectly.

I am used it for the last 3 days. So far don’t see much of an improvement but still willing to try. I had a problem with the slippers Ozzy was very helpful

We had an issue with our chiller and immediately contacted support. We were assigned Rehman to help with our issue. Rehman was super responsive and helpful. He led us through some trouble shooting to try to get the chiller working but to no avail. Once I confirmed it didn't work Rehman immediately got a new chiller sent out to us. He was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. It's nice to see a company stand by their guarantee.

I purchased the red light mats/bag…here are my con’s -the biggest concern is the port where the mat and power supply connects get HOT (I expected some warmth) when it is laid flat. I can’t imagine how people can use it in bed or on a couch like they advertise. So I have to prop up that area so it can get air flow to keep it from overheating and damaging the mat or the surface it is on. -the fabric material had the chemical off-gassing smell strongly for 3 weeks. So much I had to lay it out in a separate room and kept the door shut. It has reduced, but you can still smell it. -Beware of their return policy…basically if you take it out of the package you can’t return it. -customer service…responds like every 3 days, pretty sure it may be AI. Their suggestion was I get a thermometer (wasn’t going to buy a special one just for that) to check and make sure it is not heating up past the 138deg F (their safe level) at the port. So they could “escalate it to engineering” The mats/bag seems to work fine…but this would be the type of quality for something half the price. Could it just be a one off with my mat…sure, but I doubt it. Overall, very underwhelmed with the product and customer service…especially for the price!
