I like the light therapy combined with the infrared heat. What I didn't expect was the noise from the electrical attachments. I find this annoying and I can't really relax quietly. I'm also concerned with the durability of the plastic lining hardening and cracking from the constant heat and the Nuvio lasting beyond it's warranty

**Order confirmation said “Red Light Therapy Bag” — received a Mat instead** I’m very disappointed with my experience with Nuvio. When I placed my order, my order confirmation specifically stated **“Red Light Therapy Bag x 1”** at a price of $449. Based on that confirmation, I reasonably believed I had ordered the Red Light Therapy Bag. Instead, Nuvio sent me a **Red Light Therapy Mat**. I believe Nuvio’s website contributed to the confusion. The mat product page includes pictures of the bag, and the website also shows the product being used as a mat. For someone unfamiliar with Nuvio’s products, the combination of the product description and imagery makes it difficult to distinguish between the two. I contacted Nuvio to explain the issue and requested a return and refund. The product was never used and remains in new condition. However, I had opened the clear poly-bag packaging only to determine what product I had actually received and whether it matched the “Red Light Therapy Bag” identified on my order confirmation. Nuvio refused the return because the poly-bag had been opened under its hygiene policy. They also would not allow me to return the unused product even if I paid the return shipping myself. This is frustrating because this isn't a case of simply changing my mind about a purchase. My concern is that the product I received does not match the product identified on my order confirmation. I would have preferred to resolve this directly with Nuvio. Unfortunately, after contacting customer support, I have not been offered a reasonable resolution. I hope Nuvio reviews how these products are described and displayed and reconsiders how situations like this are handled.

I have a red light mat which I really like. My transformer went out. I informed Nuvio. Charlie responded, as per his request, I send him a video of the problem which was evaluated in a timely fashion and a replacement is being provided. The process was seamless.

I still haven’t received my order placed on 9/8. Shipping label created 8 days ago and has yet to make it to UPS. This is absurd!!
