This is the second time you've asked for my opinion and I haven't heard back from anyone I have only been able to use my very expensive red light bag once--one of the controllers does not work. I simply need someone to send me another controller and I'll send the broken one back.

Product did not work completely when arrived. Contacted support, sent in a video demonstrating the problem and was sent a new power source. Everything working fine now.
