James - Philadelphia, Pa Infrared Mat not Delivered.
I paid about $900 for the double infrared mat that comes with a free mask. On April 6th I have received the mask but the mat was not delivered or lost I don't know. There is know phone number to contact anyone only through there support email which I have already sent several emails with no response. I wish I had check this company out before I made my purchase now I have $900 dollars hanging in the wind.

In some cases, items like the bag and mask can ship separately depending on stock and warehouse location, which is likely why you received one but not the other yet. That said, you should have had clear tracking and communication around this.
