Regarding returns, we provide return instructions once we've confirmed the condition of the product in line with our published return policy. We don't automatically provide prepaid return labels, as customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied. We're sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the product itself. We understand that opinions on materials, smell and overall feel can differ from person to person, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. We completely understand your frustration, particularly as your intention was to upgrade to one of our higher-end products rather than simply return your purchase. We're sorry that we weren't able to find a solution that met your expectations. Our return policy for red light therapy products is in place for hygiene and safety reasons. While customers are welcome to inspect their product on arrival, once a product has been used it can no longer be resold, which is why we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges after use. We appreciate that this can be disappointing, and we do try to make this as clear as possible before purchase. We're also sorry to hear about the delays in our responses. That's not the standard of service we strive to provide, and we understand how frustrating it is when you're waiting for answers. Every new product is shipped from sealed inventory, and if a customer ever receives an item they believe is incorrect or not as expected, we investigate this thoroughly. We also provide digital user manuals for our products, and we're always happy to send these directly if needed.
