Regarding temperature, cooling performance can be affected by factors such as ambient temperature, water volume and the surrounding environment, but the unit should still operate as intended. If yours is no longer functioning at all, we’d like to get that addressed rather than leave you with an unusable product. Our warehouse works to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, which unfortunately means there can be occasions where an order has already entered fulfilment before our support team is able to intercept a change or cancellation request. We completely understand that you contacted us promptly specifically to avoid having to deal with a return, and we’re sorry we weren’t able to respond before your order shipped. Regarding the mask, we do offer promotions where a Red Light Therapy Mask is included free with qualifying purchases. It’s possible that the promotional bundle was not selected when your order was placed, resulting in the mask being added as a separately charged item instead. Our team would be very happy to review your order and the promotion available at the time to establish exactly what happened and assist you with the appropriate resolution. We’re sorry that your first experience with your Nuvio products hasn’t been as smooth as it should have been, particularly with one of your items arriving damaged. We would like to clarify that user manuals and setup instructions are provided digitally on our website. A card containing a QR code should also be included in the product packaging, which takes you directly to the relevant instructions. We use digital manuals so customers can always access the most up-to-date guidance, although we appreciate that this may not have been clear when you opened your products. We’re also sorry that you found it difficult to get the support you needed. Our customer service is currently provided through email, chat and messaging rather than telephone support. While automated assistance helps with initial enquiries, we do have a team of human customer service agents who review and respond to support cases. Most importantly, an item arriving broken is not acceptable, and we absolutely want the opportunity to put that right.
