Purchasing this red light bag was the best decision. I use it daily and have enjoyed every minute of my time in it. The only thing I struggle with is that it relaxes me so much I fall asleep every time I use it. Great product and I highly recommend to everyone.

My friends and I are loving our mat and seeing some good results. Can we use it too much?

Overall I was displeased that the product is non-returnable since its so expensive. I also dislike their warranty is only 1 year! Thats ridiculously short for an expensive electronic. When I had a warranty issue I did appreciate the quick customer service response from Ossy. He was friendly, quick to reply & reliable. Id give him 5 stars.

I tried canceling within 3-minutes of the order via the chatbot and emailing. I haven't received the product, which is on back order. Dozens of emails later (there's no phone #) I'm still waiting for my money back. I've filed a claim with PayPal and Nuvio is now threatening: "Please be aware that filing a PayPal claim or chargeback may place the payment on hold, and the resolution process can take approximately 60–90 days." All this for a product I cancelled immediately, is on back order, and I'm still waiting to get my money back. Buyer beware.

Ordering process was simple. First order came in incomplete, however the Customer Service Team was REALLY quick to remedy and complete the order. Well done! If the red light therapy creates a user experience similar to your customer service, I see a future of little to less pain and discomfort and better overall health :-) Thanks Team! Barry W

I love the product. I've used it for one month. Feeling great. I would like some guidance on how to used it on a schedule that is safe and the different ways to use all the features.

Scammed me. I bought the redlight baseball cap from them. 118$ to be exact. The thing did not work when I got it. The lights inside did not turn on. I contact customer service. Their email!!! And it took them 1 week to respond back and then sent in a video. Sent another one. I disputed with Amex and amex trusted them and charged me the 118$. I am calling amex again. This company is scamming people.

Hi Tai, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry that your Red Light Therapy Cap arrived not functioning correctly and that you then experienced delays while trying to get the issue resolved. A product arriving with the lights not working is not acceptable and would be something for our team to investigate and resolve promptly. We may request photos or short videos when diagnosing a fault so that our technical team can confirm the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, but we appreciate how frustrating it must have been to provide this evidence and then wait for further assistance. We also understand that you have now opened a dispute with American Express. Once a payment dispute is active, the process is handled through the payment provider and can limit the actions we're able to take directly on the transaction while it is under review. We’re sorry that the delays in communication have left you feeling this way about Nuvio. We would very much like to ensure your case has been properly reviewed. Please contact us with your order number so that we can personally review and investigate what happened. Best, Nuvio
