Greatest Shampoo, Conditioner, and Tp on the planet
shampoo cleansed veryy good conditioner was verrrrry good at what a conditioner was suppose to do, texture powder was out of this world suuuper awesome. ONLY downside was i waited over 1+ month for my package, but ignoring that it was awesome in every way. Do really wish it came in sooner, but other than that it was awesome. Completely unbiased and had zero expectations and no glaze.

Great product
I was a little unsure at first because of the long delivery time but it is definitely worth waiting. It was the best shampoo+conditioner I’ve tried and first one that didn’t make my hair frizzy after using.

Great overall
Noun has been something I’ve wanted to try for awhile now. This is one of the best products ive seen in awhile. The owner is really kind, websites easy to use, fast shipping, and overall great products! I plan on buying the shampoo and conditioner next.

An order confirmation and shipping information were provided at that time. As this is an international shipment, delivery times are typically between 7-14 business days depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Customer service again
Here I am again and I sent an email to Steven again from customer service wondering if the delivery was gonna be today and he responded once again in 4 minutes! Don’t think I ever had a customer support team like this. Thank you!

I have no idea how the product is as I…
I have no idea how the product is as I have not yet received it and cannot track it without downloading another app because you do not provide a tracking number. You only give the option to download another app to give access to all of my information.

We're sorry for the confusion and hope everything has since been resolved. To clarify, you should never need to download an additional app to track your Noun Naturals order. Tracking information can be accessed directly through the shipping carrier's website, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, using the tracking details provided with your shipment. If you were prompted to download an app, it was likely the Shop app by Shopify, the platform that powers our store. While some customers choose to use it for order tracking, it is completely optional and not required to receive tracking updates. Place an order in February and it’s…
Place an order in February and it’s almost June and they still haven’t shipped my order yet. All I get is these lame excuses email form a guy name Steve promising shipping dates that are kept pushing back. Ridiculous.

We're sorry for the experience and want to provide some context. After reviewing your order, we discovered there was an issue with the original shipment during customs processing. Unfortunately, the package never successfully cleared customs and never made its way back to us, which created confusion and delays on our end. We should have identified the issue sooner, and we apologize for that. Once we confirmed what had happened, we immediately sent a replacement order, which was shipped approximately 14 days ago. Based on the transit time, it should have arrived by now or be very close to delivery. We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience throughout this process.
