Hey Davis I really appreciate you taking the time to share this. You’re right — the Beard Oil Oud you received was part of a small final batch we brought back before reformulating. We’ve actually been out of stock for a few months as we’ve been working on an all-new version. Each order from that run included a note explaining the reasoning behind the temporary no-label bottles. It’s possible the one you received might have come from a bottle that didn’t hold its scent properly, which can sometimes happen with smaller batches. We’d be happy to issue you a refund for that one. The good news is we’re working with one of the biggest fragrance houses in the world on the new Oud formula, and it’s shaping up to be even richer and longer-lasting than before. I felt bad because New Zealand and Australia take the longest time to ship to from where our distribution center is located. We are doing our best to shorten these timelines.
