Definitely not intended for tight curly hair, leaves it frizzy and with no definition at all, another product that doesn’t work as intended.

Very fast shipping after they moved their warehouses, great natural high performing products for the whole family, the conditioner is also a very high quality detangler for combing after the shower , my two daughters love this stuff , I will certainly keep buying. high quality products and worth every penny, I use to use the honest company but it is no match for noun naturals performance

Glad you felt the shipping difference. We moved warehouses because of our growth over the last few months and we're back on the East Coast. Orders in before 4:00 p.m. Eastern ship the same day.
Now the detangling, because you landed on the thing I'm proudest of. The conditioning agent we use is called AminoSensyl HC, an amino lipid derived from plant amino acids and brassica. It carries a positive charge, so it binds to the hair where it's most damaged, lays the cuticle flat, and cuts the friction between strands. That's the comb-through you're feeling after the shower, and it's why it works on your daughters' hair as well as yours! (:
What's notable is what it replaces. Most conditioners, salon lines included, get their slip from quats and silicones. Effective and cheap, but not plant derived and not biodegradable. AminoSensyl is 100% naturally derived, COSMOS approved and readily biodegradable!

Poor quality packaging
The product arrived in torn packaging, which was disappointing. Also, the item inside wasn’t as described and felt a bit cheap. I expected better from this brand since it looked nice on the website. Just not worth the hassle for me. It's frustrating when you hope for quality but end up with something subpar.

I wish I would have read the reviews…
I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Over 2 months and my order still hasn’t arrived. I contacted the company 3 weeks after I ordered as it still hadn’t been shipped. I got some weak excuse that they were “overwhelmed” with orders, but it wasn’t sent for a further 2 weeks. Now my tracking states it’s still at the original location. I can’t even file a complaint or request a refund as there’s no options to do so. An absolute joke. I think I’ll report a fraudulent transaction with my bank.
