Thank you for bringing this to our attention, as we take these matters very seriously. After reviewing our records, we found no emails or cancellation requests received from the email address tied to this order, subscription, and Trustpilot review. Our records show this subscription was created on February 1, 2026, set to renew every 90 days for the Conditioner, with the most recent order placed on July 30. Following that order's fulfillment and shipment, the subscription tied to this account was canceled. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and as of this reply being posted, a full refund has been issued for order #12655223. Hello Mark, According to our records, you placed an order on June 16th, 2026 at 10:59 PM and followed up one minute later via email requesting to cancel your order, as it was created by mistake. Without hesitation, we cancelled your order, as we do not want to ship any orders to customers who have accidentally made a purchase on our website. Upon cancellation, you were informed that refunds take between 10 to 14 business days to be processed through Shopify back to your original payment method. Tracking information can be accessed directly through the shipping carrier's website, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, using the tracking details provided with your shipment. If you were prompted to download an app, it was likely the Shop app by Shopify, the platform that powers our store. While some customers choose to use it for order tracking, it is completely optional and not required to receive tracking updates. We're sorry for the experience and want to provide some context. After reviewing your order, we discovered there was an issue with the original shipment during customs processing. Unfortunately, the package never successfully cleared customs and never made its way back to us, which created confusion and delays on our end. We should have identified the issue sooner, and we apologize for that. Once we confirmed what had happened, we immediately sent a replacement order, which was shipped approximately 14 days ago. Based on the transit time, it should have arrived by now or be very close to delivery. We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience throughout this process.
