Worrisome Company
I purchased 3 bottles of KLOW—the color for this product was correct both before and after reconstitution and may be working based on some tests. Packaging was professional. However, there is no way to trust the validity of their products because of the company, NA Diagnostic, that does PS Peptides’ lab work for their COA’s. The address listing is a random office building in Austin, Texas that does host an unrelated, Texas Healthcare & Bioscience Institute (Suite 607), but NA Diagnostic seems not to have a suite in this office nor do they list one and use a phone number in New Jersey with an area code within 30 minutes of PS Peptides where they are located. The delivery was also sent out 2-3 days after my purchase even though I had 48 hour delivery included in my purchase, ultimately, taking about 4-5 days to arrive. Customer service did respond to my inquiry about the delay and it was shipped out the next day. I’d like to purchase from them again, but it’s very worrisome over the potential poor quality of the product because of the apparent in-house lab that nobody else uses which is purposely not transparent: NA Diagnostics ( it’s in the name) — yet they claim it’s a 3rd party. This isn’t normal and no other company does this. Their payment processor is also down now.
