Thanks for sharing your honest thoughts. Our peppermint and eucalyptus blend definitely has a different scent profile compared to Based because we use real organic essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance. Natural oils have a softer, more earthy aroma instead of that sharp, artificial minty punch most brands use. As for the shipping, I appreciate you mentioning that. We’ve been improving our logistics a lot, and I’m glad everything still arrived in good shape. Happy to hear you’re enjoying the shampoo overall.
