Nice-looking rug but poorly made and full of holes from just a little bit of dog action on them. To be clear, I have lots of other rugs that are 10x more durable...this rug is unrealistically delicate. I contacted customer service, including photos, and they offered me a 10% discount on a further purchase. What a joke.

Bought the garden maze rug in November, the design is amazing I was so excited to receive it, but the quality of the rug is atrocious. We’ve finally decided to give up and roll it away. I thought the shedding might stop but the rug constantly has clumps of green fluff all over the surface, it looks like you’ve tipped the contents of your Hoover onto your rug. Even one day after hoovering it looks the same, and it’s in a relatively inactive spot in our home. For £1,000 on a rug it’s probably the worst money I’ve ever spent, our ikea wool rug for £300 is far better quality. The rug also arrived 11cm shorter than the website described item, we were told this was due to the handmade nature of the rug. And to return you have to cover shipping which I imagine isn’t cheap

I think this is a scam business set up to sell samples. I was charged $50 for a few samples, none of which looked anything like the spiffy marketing. They refuse to take a return for the samples and had the audacity to ask me to market for them by passing them on to friends. The carpet is n better than what you find at the corner carpet store. Avoid!!!

the blanket arrived a little later than they had promised, but only a few days. the rug is really nice. we experienced really good customer service

The rug we've been trying to order has gone out of stock at least three times. When it was finally back in stock, they told us they don't accept our type of credit card and do not take checks. There is no phone number to call for customer service. We requested that they call us to sort this out and possibly remit payment over the phone, and no one has ever gotten back to us. We were also told that they could not reserve the product for us while we figured out a solution to making a payment and placing the order. Very disappointed in the customer service. As a small design firm who is a fan of their work, this was a huge let down. It has been a struggle to give them our business, and it doesn't seem to matter to this company...

I think the Quality of the rug is brilliant 5/5. the wool is lovely to walk on, feels really sturdy. The Design is a 5/5. Really pleased with the overall look, I just love walking into the room and looking at it. As described: 4/5 the colour of the rug is accurate, however in the photographs online is a shade lighter. The delivery took 12 weeks, which was a bit of a disappointment, but the customer service team was great. They dealt with my emails same day dealing with VAT and Tax partial refunds very quickly. 4/5. I'm overall leaving to a 5/5, although the colour is off, I actually like it in the room, and we've just got a dog and having the darker shade might be a bit more forgiving.

The same thing happened to me as two reviews down. They said the rug would ship 2 weeks ago and then they went completely dark and stopped responding to my emails.
