Fantastic customer service

Vi har bestilt et tæppe fra nordic knots (Boho i mix Grey) Tæppet er utrolig flot, men det fælder ekstrem meget. Jeg skal støvsuge mindst 4 gange om dagen og alligevel er der hår over det hele. Jeg bliver sindsyg af at have hår fra tæppet alle veje. Havde jeg vidst at det var så slemt, så havde jeg ikke købt den.

I recently bought a rug from Nordic Knots. Customer service is great. I actually ordered a rug but changed my mind within a day. They were very helpful and I was able to cancel my order and order a new one. In the meantime I received my rug. It's beautiful, just as the pictures on the website. I can very much recommend Nordic Knots.

Nordic Knots has stylish/aesthetic, super high quality, reasonably priced offerings. Each rug is more interesting than the next. The quality in person is even richer than the photos shown on their site. The process of working with Nordic Knots is efficient and quick. My Silver Boucle rug showed four days after I ordered it. Also, great customer and design service if you need it. I valued my dialogue with Michele at Nordic Knots when selecting my rug.

Back in 2020 We bought 3 of the same style rug in different sizes for one room and will buy more when in need. The quality of the rugs is excellent and the color is as noted on the site. In addition their service is fast and courteous during the time of order and just this month when I asked to confirm some thing about our prior order. I’m a fan!

Beautiful rug that does not hold up! I ordered the Park rug in Almond size 8x10 for my bedroom. I purchased it in September 2022. Stunning wool rug but at the one month mark a little rust got on it. I had it professionally cleaned and unfortunately it lightened the areas where the rust was removed. I just decided I would flip the rug so the stains would be under my bed instead. Before I was able to turn the rug my cat hair balled/barfed on it in two spots. I immediately and gently tried to remove the stain with watered down vinegar. Unfortunately, the exact discoloration happened AGAIN. Same as when the professionals came. So on the other spot I used watered down hydrogen perixide. Again, same discoloration. After reaching out to Nordic knots if there was anyway to revive the rug I got the response that there rugs are not treated and natural so I’m out of luck. Super bummed. I was hoping to order the exact rug for my living room in a larger size and I’m so happy I did not. If you have an animal, kids, or plan on walking on the rug I would steer clear of ordering from Nordic Knots. Specifically, the Park rug. Fast forward 4 months and I’m already searching for a new rug to replace the Nordic Knots rug. $1595.00 wasted :(
