Nordic KnotsNordic Knots was founded on the Scandinavian tradition of functional design with a minimalist aesthetic. That's why we use only high-quality materials that put timeless Scandinavian design in focus, as well as ethical production practices, to create great rugs and curtains that last. It sounds simple, but we know it’s not easy to find rugs and curtains that look right, feel right, and are made right.

Whole experience was frustrating. We live in Alaska, ordering and arranging transportation to Tacoma (Washington) to circumvent no shipping to Alaska was logistical challenging. Nordic Knot states 3-6 business days for delivery. We ordered rug two weeks ago and when we reached out to the shipping company they said the estimated delivery date would be another week longer (via Deliveright). In the ordering process, payment processing had to be specially arranged because there was no dropdown for cardholder being in Alaska. I understand if you can’t ship to Alaska, but maybe not using the same drop down menu for both the delivery and payment screen would be beneficial. One good thing about Nordic Knots is the transparency of customer service. Unfortunately I have not received rug, so can’t speak to quality of product. Update: Cancelled order and contacted customer service for refund. The customer service department was very helpful in issuing credit. Overall customer service was great. Business model not efficient.

Hi MJ, I'm so sorry that it was a frustrating ordering process. We are working urgently on offering quicker ship times to our customers, especially in more remote areas. In regards to the drop-down menu and shipping offerings on the website, I will take this feedback with urgency to our website team. We always want to make sure expectations are clear! If you have any other concerns or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out! Best, Sandra Head of Customer Service

First. The carpets of Nordic Knots are all! great. We first ordered 5 samples: we felt in love with all of them: Such a great quality. Then we ordered. Then there were massiv deliverly probs. Nordic Knots was asap ready to reduce the price due to our days-long aggrevation with the delayed deliverly. Which was lovely and caring. All in all: We will buy all ! future Carpets @ Nordic Knots. Our huge! woolen Carpet ( "Zero Basket") has a funny, sweet ordour - but only when it rains outside? : Which we LOVE: its a 100% beautiful natural product. Our dog loves it too. She prefers @ night to rest on the carpet, rather than in her 3 baskets.
