Nordic KnotsReviews of nordicknots.com

I have been a true fan of these Nordic Knot rugs for years. Once again, they did not disappoint!!! Great service, extremely competitive prices with excellent products. The rugs are simply high quality beautiful rugs. Additionally, the rugs I have purchased in the past have worn beautifully beyond my expectations… they were in high traffic areas for 6-7 years and maintained a very nice condition. I will continue to purchase Nordic Knot rugs in the future without hesitation. Thank you, Nordic Knot!!! Gina B

Very smooth customer experience: super fast delivery, extremely responsive and very friendly customer service… and the product… heavenly🫶 thank you, NK!

Truly excellent customer service! Very attentive and understanding of customer needs. Katrina from the support team was always in touch if there were any questions and showed that she really values the customer experience. Thank you!

This rug is stunning and unique…it will be a focal point in any room. I went with the 8x10 but secretly wish I got the 9x12. :) You always get what you pay for, always!

Amazing customer experience! I needed to make an exchange and the support team was responsive, caring, and even helped me expedite both my exchange and new order so that I could get my new rug in time for a house warming party. The best customer experience I've had!

Headboard and bed linen are gorgeous arrived on time. First class service thank you

My experience with Nordic Knots was five star. Customer Service supported me throughout the purchasing process, as I ended up choosing a custom size rug. I had to order multiple samples before my purchase which arrived in a timely fashion. The rug arrived earlier than expected. Most importantly, the rug is beautiful. It is a bit unnerving ordering a rug online, but my custom 14 by 15 Park rug is perfect

Excellent experience from ordering online to delivery. I would highly recommend it
