Exactly the backpack I was looking for! Just a minor issue with one of the zippers being a bit difficult

I'm really liking this bag. It's not too big from the outside but the room inside is great. I really like the way that it opens so I'm able to view everything inside. Really smart bag so far. I've only had it a short time and I did a lot of research before the purchase and I'm really happy with it.

It’s first time I feel that I truly believe I have found such cool backpack that suits my needs to be techy and organized!

Had a problem with the backpack that arrived. Submitted a claim with a picture attached and received a new backpack soon after. Great service, 5 stars.

I bought the bag and absolutely loved it. I'd say they're worth the price and, even though it is quite a new company, they won me over with their guarantees / warranty. Now I know better. After about a year, the zippers started breaking. Three of them broke now and the bag is absolutely unusable. I have gotten in touch with the company multiple times, on all channels possible, over months... very slow responses - if any. After three months of trying and about 10 attempts of getting in touch with them, I give up. Spending about 200€ on a bag that will last you a year is not worth it. They have shown, with their actions, that they are not at all interested in customer support. The combination of bad quality and lacking / non-existant customer service is fatal. My recommendation: Stay away from Nomatic.

I'll preface this by saying - I bought the Nomatic Messenger bag second hand and I'm a little miffed that my bag isn't covered under warranty, But thats my bad. That sad - this bag broke after a year of use. The magnetic connecter for the strap ripped out yesterday morning and now I have a very expensive bag I can't carry easily. Thats not great. So yeah - be wary friends. These *very very* expensive bags aren't as durable as they make them out to be. Which I guess is why they offer the lifetime warranty.
