issued a claim and heared nothing since then ! it's almost a month now. After contacting again, again no feedback ! this is not very customer oriented service :(

Best backpack ever!! So thoughtful in its organization. Very well made. And, the expansion part......GENIUS!! Highly recommend!

Hard to quickly find what you’re looking for.

It been a month since my purchase and I haven’t recibe the product ! No Review on the product yet

No response to email to let the customer know where their purchase was or when it was coming. Never responded to inquiries until a month after the original inquiry was placed. I disputed the credit card charge since this company charged me first before delivery., which is fine if they were responsive and made delivery within a reasonable amount of time, but that was far from the case. Will never do business with them again and have warned all my friends about their horrid customer service

-Order placed 1/3. -Order got canceled with no reason. Inquired about the order or refund 1/22 and got no reply. -Contacted again 1/24 for updates. -Finally got a reply on 1/27 saying that it was a system error and I'll get expedited shipping on the house. I don't need the backpack anymore... I left for my trip already.

This backpack is very stylish and modern. It has a number of compartments for all of my cords, power adapters, and devices and yet it still feels lightweight. I was skeptical of buying a backpack online without actually testing it out, but it was well worth it! Looking forward to purchasing more Nomatic products in the future!

I’d call it the worst customer service in the history of ever, but that would imply there was any customer service to speak of.
