It’s an extremely good looking and useful backpack and also they use very good quality materials, every pocket has its own function so I think the only “but” I might have is that I think the price is a little bit overrated, I think it could be a little bit cheaper and it will crush the market, everything else is very good

Love the bags. I have the Nomatic Sling and the 15L Backpack. The expandable feature and hidden pockets are my favorite features!

I could easily write a review only about Nomatic products but not enough is said about their customer service. I think I buy more products because of how helpful customer service is. Nothing says a quality product like a company that backs its products with superb customer service.

I was able to get in touch with an agent and they were able to put my Indiegogo orders in the queue for deliver. It was fairly simple, and the agent was very helpful.

I originally purchased the Nomatic backpack with a lifetime warranty. The zipper broke after 1 year. I sent in a claim, it was approved and I received the wrong replacement bag. Its the cheaper version that does not have all the features as the the bag I originally purchased. Now no one is answering my emails!

I have a drawer full of old wallets. I got a Basics wallet years ago, and after a long life the elastic became a little loose and I thought maybe there was something better. I found something I thought would be great, and used it for a while, but I kept running into comprimises that I didn't have with the Basics wallet. So today I decided it was time to go back to what works. I ordered a new Nomatic (I guess there was a merger, acquisition, or rebranding) wallet, and I'll be using it until just before I have to replace it with another one. I had a question about ordering it, and left them a message expecting an answer in a few days, but I was shocked they answered my question within minutes and actually read my question and responded with a definitive answer. I'm sold. When you find a great company you need to keep going back.

Customer service responded within minutes and remedied the situation. I have purchase 3 different products from Nomatic all of which are excellent. Once the Covid vaccine is administered, will enable so many travelers to explore the world which will be much better with Nomatic travel products.
