I ordered one of the collapsible backpacks from the Nomatic website. It had been a couple days and I hadn’t received a shipping notification so I reached out to support to see if there was anything I could do as I was needing the backpack for a ride I am doing the upcoming weekend. Within 5 minutes of my email, I received a response and a shipping notification that my order has been shipped. This company has outstanding customer service and makes sure their customers are satisfied. A big thanks to Cam B. I can't say how much I dig these products. I have the travel pack, 40L travel bag, the carry on pro and the 6L sling as well as many accessories. I vowed to never check my luggage again, and these products enable me to do so. All of the products are high-quality, durable and really thoughtfully designed. I had a question today on one of the products and received a response in less than an hour. These guys are great, and I'm a loyal fan.

I bought a planner on sale and it never came. When I emailed them they didn't respond. They took $19 dollars from me and gave me nothing in return. Save your money and buy yourself a passion planner.
