Excellent customer service. The zipper of my 2 years old Travel Pack was torn. I just filled a form and Nomatic replaced the bag with a new one without any problem. Great, great service, thanks.

Purchased a wallet from Nomatic and love it! Great design and functionality, Had a minor issue with it and brought it to their attention. They are replacing it! Wow that’s awesome customer service!!!

I have been a long time customer of Nomatic's over priced bags etc. They are great products but you can find better for same price and better customer service. I purchased a bag on a "scratch and dent" sale. I accidentally bought the wrong size bag (same price), emailed them my mistake within FIVE minutes after placing the order and they told me too bad. So I kept the bag, used it daily for not even a year when the zipper failed and eventually tore. Their warranty is SO GREAT that they couldn't cover anything from the scratch and dent sale, which was only small cosmetic blemishes mind you. Nothing that affected performance of the bag. I've since moved on to another brand that has much better customer service and warranty policies not to mention their "built for daily use" bags don't fall apart in less than 12 months. Not trying to convince anyone here, just giving my personal experience. If NOmatic products were as great as they claim I would have noticed by now after switching to another brand however, I haven't missed one single thing about my NOmatic bag. That was the last time I wasted money on that company.

I ordered the Nomatic Travel Pack and received it in less than a week. As a pastor who enjoys life one the move, I needed a reliable bag to use every day between meetings and study. This bag has a compartment for everything and allows for my quick weekend trips. I have overseas travel planned soon as well so this bag was a no brainer!

Ordered and received within 10 days! My back pack looks great and is lightweight. Also a place for my laptop. Going out of the country next week and will be taking tons of pictures and can hike up the mountains won’t have to worry about my equipment getting banged around! Fits in the overhead compartment on the plane. Highly recommend it

No 1 tech/ Travel bag in the Market 💯

This has been hands down, my favorite back pack for work and travel. Unfortunately the zipper broke after a couple years. Nomatic was so awesome to work with, no questions asked immediately made sure I was happy and sent out a replacement. Customer for life
