Very fast feedback from Customer Service on a pre-sale question. Absolutely nothing to complain there.

I missed applying a discount code during checkout and emailed to see if it could be applied after the fact. I assumed they wouldn’t, but within 30 minutes I received and email saying I’d been issued a refund! It was so easy, no hassle. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received!

Their products are incredible (I use their everyday backpack everyday and their travel backpack everytime I travel overnight). Super high quality, designed thoughtfully and engineered for all types of everyday use. I recommend them to friends, co-workers and family cause I know the materials, craftsmanship, and quality are top-notch. I can't say enough positive things about NOMATIC product. Add to all of that their lifetime warranty and great customer service for what is one of the best long-term customer service experiences I've had! Seriously the best backpack and travel pack I've used.

I purchased the Nomatic travel backpack bundle from best buy which included a packing cube and toiletry bag. I am planning multiple international trips in 2022 and have not upgraded my portable luggage in years. I heard about this backpack from a cousin of mine who showed it to me. And he has traveled the world. I have been researching backpack’s a-lot these last few weeks. After I concluded my search I found that the Nomatic travel backpack was the best backpack on the market for multiple reasons. Some key features for me. -Hidden pocket. -Two water bottle holders. -Multiple compartments to hold small items. -The two waist straps each with a zippered pocket. Customer service and social media team have been answering every one of my questions. Very nice company. Great products! And Great customer service!

I am a frequent customer of Nomatic, and my experience has been positive. Most recently, I ordered an item, but accidentally submitted an old address. I notified Nomatic, and my contact there was willing to change the address, but he was not able to do so before the shipment went out. Nomatic refunded my money. That's excellent customer service!

I love the nomatic wallet my friends and family think it’s pretty unique because of how minimalistic it looks and holds all my cards, gift cards,& cash very well. This wallet is best used as a front pocket wallet.

Definitely the BEST wallet i've found. Nomatic really knows how to make a wallet. It's sleek and it fits really nicely in my pocket. Keep up the great work!!

As far as the wallet itself i don't know yet. But the customer service is fantastic. I ordered the blue and black but received the black and tan. With just one email they back with me and shipped out the wallet I ordered.
