NOMATICReviews of nomatic.com

I have purchased, and used, several Nomatic products: wallet, notebook, 40L Travel Bag, garment bag, and messenger bag. I've purchased the 40L Travel Bag for 3 of my friends, as well as the McKinnon Camera Pack 35L for my son. Each of them are excellent products and are every bit as useful and durable as advertised. Their customer support is excellent and always eager to help. You won't be disappointed with anything you purchase here.

Great products and customer service. I have many of their products and they’re all quality made. The experience I’ve had with customer service was great as well, very quick and helpful.

Excellent product. The travel pack is very practical and perfect for every day use as well as on short trips. Customer service is EXCELLENT! The zipper broke on my very well used pack after two years, and after contacting customer service, they shipped me a new pack, no questions asked.

Really amazing products and great customer service. I have 4 different items from them

I’ve purchased 2 wallets, 3 different bags, 1 which is used daily, and now masks from Nomatic. I have nothing but great things to say about the company. Quality is top notch, support is fantastic and they stick by their warranty on their products.

I purchased the Nomatic backpack in 2018 for business travel. It's been a great pack for business travel. Unfortunately, this last year the front zipper broke and I haven't been able to use the backpack for protecting my stuff. I like the design and appreciate the product but I wasn't impressed that this failed so soon. On the other hand, supporting the customer is obviously a really important. The process of getting a warranty exchange was simple. Frankly, I would've been happy with a repair. I really appreciate this support and look forward to ordering more once COVID is over and I can travel again.

Bought Travel Pack in 2018 and used it very frequently. Zipper to main compartment broke. Warrantee claim process in web was good, but would have been better if they told you up front the four files and pics they required. They advertised seven minutes but more like a half hour getting in and out four times. Once it was in they had a replacement bag In the mail in a couple days and I got it time for my next trip that was 9 days later. I give them five stars for an excellent product and promptly honoring the warrantee. But four stars for the failed zipper and the less efficient claim process.

Incredible backpacks that will have me coming back for a lifetime. First saw this company on Kickstarter, and as some of you know sometimes companies don't match what they present. BUT I have been throughly impressed with my day pack that I've had for almost 2 years. It is sleek and clean, functional, adaptive and heavy duty. I was at first concerned with the price but after having this backpack for two years it has well paid for itself. The backpack has travel with me across the world and I constantly get compliments on how cool it looks. The functionality of it constantly surprises me with every little detail from the back rest hopping on your carry on to the RID zipper pockets, to the waterproofing to the secret pockets - they did not miss anything. All in all I love the backpack but when it comes to their customer service they are there for you as well. I recently had a zipper incident and was afraid I would loose my backpack. They replace it for me at no cost and were constantly updating me on the status as they had sold out of their packs and were on back order. They again did not fail on any detail, love this company and their products.
