They do not ship products out in a timely manner, you pay more for expedited shipping and they take a week to ship your product. Kinda defeats the purpose. You think it would be faster since you are paying for your own shipping and on top of that if you return the product they make you pay a fee to return it. You also have to pay for the box to ship it back. Their products are great but their service is not good at all. Almost not worth getting their product.

Either ships the wrong product or it ships weeks after they promised. Do not buy from Nomad.

Nomadgoods.com produces beautiful products, but the actual employees make dealing with this company a complete drag. They work 4 day work weeks which wouldnt be an issue, if it wasn’t for the fact that it takes them well over a week to even process and ship an order, despite their website stating that “orders placed after 10a on a Friday will be shipped out the following Monday.” Im not even sure that Nomad knows to ship my order out. Chloe who manages their support team is quick to be annoyed, and more often than not, will ignore any negativity and not respond. I had purchased a $200 wireless charging pad which was and is defective. Nomad refused to email me back, despite me commenting in the open support ticket more than 8 times. Don’t waste your money and sanity dealing with this brand. Congrats on the 4 day work week, but how about actually doing the work, Nomad?

Buyer Beware!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY! This company falsely advertised an AirTag for eyeglasses without an actual AirTag!!! So, for $39.95 I received two pieces of material and an empty APPLE AirTag holder? Then, when I tried to return it, I was repeatedly looped around for an exchange, rather than return, although they advertise a 30-day return policy. I wrote three emails to customer service which finally resulted in a return label. However, I was told I would have to pay a $5 return fee!!! This was not advertised on the initial purchase page, although they claim to have changed their policy since my purchase? Ultimately, they charged me $6.95 for the return, as well as a duplicate sales tax charge(which is illegal)!!!! So, I just spent $8.50 and so much time and energy on a useless, fraudulent product.

I bought a Nomad Horween Chromexcel leather watch strap for my Apple Watch. Within a few days of wearing, the straps look worn and wrinkled with edges flaking off. Looks like cheap PU leather flaking off on a sofa after several years. But for me it took less than a week!

I returned all items from my order #4201123491. It’s been close to a month now and no refund has been issued. Customer service won’t respond via email. There is no phone support available. Read the reviews - This company seems like a scam.

I ordered 15 items and tried to return 13 items because only 2 caught my eye. The return portal gave me so many issues and I only got a label for 6 items. Which took 2 weeks to get…I specifically said it should be 13 items I will be returning and they said ok and now they only refunded me for 6 items. I’ve reached out and still no reply. Only way of contact is email, no phone number or live chat. Just don’t ever buy their stuff, not worth all the problems

Have had the nomad horween leather case for over 5 months and it looks brand new. The leather is great and has not come loose like a lot of other expensive cases I have had. It doesn’t have any outside branding which is extremely uncommon these days, love this. It is extremely rugged and protects the phone well. I didn’t even realize it had a digital business card when I ordered it, which is extremely cool for a case in this price range. I NEVER write reviews on anything but I felt like I had to in this case. Highly recommend.
