arbitrarily cancelled a $1,970.33 order with no explanation or information given, took a long time to build the basket, had to reply to an email asking if the purchase was for my use!, shipping was scheduled, then I get an unwanted refund and an superficial apology, pretty appalling anti-consumer company practices, poor customer support.

i got a faulty case or something. it fell apart quickly and my iphone 13 pro max is shattered. they say it will be $600 to fix. pretty disappointing from such an expensive case. leather peeling from the back, bad quality compared to my last two nomad cases!

Phone case rubber was of poor quality and started to disintegrate and also damage my iPhone (caused pitting of metal) after a couple of years of use. Products look attractive and well made but they are not built to last.. which ironically seems to be their USP. Poor customer service.

Good products, bad company service. Item I ordered was due to arrive on the 24th. It was important to me as the item was a gift to take abroad. No movement from the package until the 24th when arrival date was updated to the 29th. The date of my flight. No response to e-mails no possibility to speak to a company representative.

Horrible experience. Items came very late. Sat at my local post office for about 4 days to the point that I thought it was lost. Someone named Chloe spent the better part of her workday on a Wednesday turning our emails into PDF screenshots just to be argumentative about a possible mistake I had made when I referenced a date I had emailed. Though even if I was wrong it was still the prior business week before I got a response. And this was after I had told her in a previous email I would not be shopping with Nomad again that she decided the best way to gain my loyalty was to waste her work day being argumentative. Her work day she claimed in one email was very busy and understaffed. Clearly not if she had time to be that level of vindictive!

Placed an order online and no updates after 10+ days. Email sent and no respond.
