Do not buy or trust this company. I purchased a £169 watch strap that was shipped out of China with a faulty clip. I requested a return and was told to ship it back to the USA which cost £45. I made sure to use the original order number so they could track it. When it arrived they refused the delivery and ignore all my emails ! The only response I get is from Ollie their AI bot. I then found out you can buy the same strap from Amazon for £30. Nomadgoods was acquired in April 2026, and the new owners should not be trusted

Achat d’une coque en cuir pour iPhone à 59€, 2 mésaventures avant même la réception : - Primo, je découvre après paiement que le produit part de Hong Kong. En plus de me prendre facile 2 semaines de livraison dans la gueule, je fais quelques recherches sur la marque et réalise qu’il s’agit de camelote chinoise grand maximum milieu de gamme brendé comme du haut de gamme… - Deuxio, je reçois un mail de la poste qui me demande 20€ de frais de dédouanement. Le SAV s’excuse si, je cite, la mention n’était pas assez « claire ». Selon eux il est explicitement mentionné que tout envoi hors US nécessite des frais de dédouanement. J’ai simulé l’achat d’un autre article avec captures d’écrans en preuve à l’appui, il n’est nul part fait mention de frais de douane. Tout les frais de transports sont mentionnés comme gratuits. J’ai demandé une prise en charge de leur part ou un remboursement de l’article, mais en lisant les autres avis je comprends que je peux m’asseoir dessus. J’ai donc payé et j’attends de voir s’ils font ne serait-ce qu’un geste… Pour près de 80€ vous pouvez vous acheter une coque fait main dans des ateliers nobles aux US ou en Europe, passez votre chemin avec ces voleurs.

The customer service is terrible. Sent email twice within 3 days. No reply. Send a message via Instagram. No reply but can post story. Ordered a strap but stated it was delivered. However, nothing was delivered and address was right. Asked for a refund or resent the item, they ignored all my messages. High scamming tactic

AirPod Case für 30€ bestellt. Hinzu kamen 18€ Zollgebühren um festzustellen, dass der deckel nicht mal hält! Retoure? Kein Problem auf eigene Kosten um wieder ca. 10-15€ loszuwerden für Shipping nach Irland. Am Ende mehr bezahlt als das Produkt selbst. Total Lächerlich. Nie wieder

I placed an order last week. It took approximetely one week to process and arrive to my house from california. I opened the package to discover I received an order for another customer as evidenced by the items inside the package and on the packing slip. NOMAD does not have live phone customer service. Instead you are prompted to go onto a live chat online. When you go online, it says that they are offline ALL DAY. They are non responsive to emails or request forms I submitted on their website. I reached out via an instagram message on their page only to be messaged back by what I believe to be an AI agent that I should email them and they will flag it for customer service. I DID THIS ALREADY AND RECIEVED ZERO HELP. I would like this situation rectified. I have been a long standing NOMAD customer. I cannot believe the experience with this. I dont know how anyone is citing that their customer service is good. This is by far one of the worst experiences I've had with any business coming from a business owner myself. They should be ashamed of themselves honestly.

I never received the 100 euro purchase of two chargers I made online. Wrote them 3 times on thzir support email and through their website. No answer whatsoever. Huge scam. Beware.

Ordered 2 iphone 18 pro Max case, and was just charges 100USD in import tax!!!! WTF!! NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS CRAP AISIAN SHOP AGAIN (promoting them self as being from US). Damn what a scam !!!!

My order did not ship a week after placing it. Customer service is not responsive. Not status updates either.
