NomadReviews of nomadgoods.com

Nomad support and the overall customer experience is second to none. Joy in particular was very helpful and kept me update on my order. The help i needed i due to an over sight i made and the quick painless answer could’ve been that next time inshould pay attentions. Instead Joy moved mountains to accommodate my ask. Amazing service.

Excellent!

I’ve been using Nomad products for years, including their iPhone, iPad, laptop and AirPods cases, as well as their desktop chargers. The quality really is excellent. I’m particularly impressed with their iPhone cases. They take plenty of everyday wear and tear but still look great years later. In fact, the only reason I ever replace one is because I’ve upgraded my phone and it no longer fits! Their customer service is also brilliant — always helpful and quick to respond. I genuinely can’t recommend Nomad enough. Beautifully made products that last. Easily the best cases I’ve ever owned!

I never had this kind, quality and speed of such support from NOMAD team and prompt action to offer and issue immediate order to replace my faulty band which encouraged incredideals team in egypt to provide me an immediate replacement from their side, many thanks all I really enjoy ownership of your high end brand and support Regards,

Top quality band! It fits really well with the Ultra 4. The support is also top notch

I’ve been buying Nomad cases since the iPhone X, typically grabbing one or two for every single phone model I own. Their products are genuinely built to last; in fact, I am still using my 30cm Universal Charging cable since 2019 daily. My iPhone setup is never truly complete until I have a traditional Horween Leather case on it. Thank you, Nomad, for the incredible product quality and that unforgettable, signature leather scent!

I placed an order on 9/29/2026 and paid extra for FedEx 2-Day shipping, which promised delivery on 10/2. The package never arrived on time, and I received no notice of a delay. It appeared to be lost. I emailed customer support three times since 10/2 and received no reply to the first two. No acknowledgment, no update, nothing. I asked for a full refund, since I couldn't keep waiting on an item that was supposed to arrive days earlier. Paying for expedited shipping and getting neither the product nor any communication was unacceptable. UPDATE (10/9/2026): After my third email, Nomad Goods responded and refunded my shipping charge. The package was delivered on 10/8, about a week late, and I've decided to keep it. I appreciate the resolution, but I still shouldn't have needed three emails to get a reply, and there was no proactive communication about the delay. I've raised my rating to reflect the refund.

Do not buy or trust this company. I purchased a £169 watch strap that was shipped out of China with a faulty clip. I requested a return and was told to ship it back to the USA which cost £45. I made sure to use the original order number so they could track it. When it arrived they refused the delivery and ignore all my emails ! The only response I get is from Ollie their AI bot. I then found out you can buy the same strap from Amazon for £30. Nomadgoods was acquired in April 2026, and the new owners should not be trusted
