Their chords break very easily, Had to attempt to glue twice now

Rocky point band to short for big arms bucket don't match on sport band hard to get on watch don't want to slid on watch I would look else where but that all I seen

I’m on day 4 of waiting for my iPhone 17 case. That’s not processing time. It’s FedEx shipping time. I have to go through their AI to report problems and I’m lucky if I get a response the same day. It looks like FedEx won’t deliver until late tomorrow, day 5. Nomad did refund my two day shipping charge. But they did nothing like suggest sending out a replacement with overnight shipping. This is my second phone case purchase with Nomad and it will be my last. The first one was two years ago. I’ll stick with Amazon from now on.

Nomad...well, I purchased 2 bands on a Friday (Sept,19) and the website states two business days for them to process and ship orders. This would mean by Monday or Tuesday yet they waited until 5 business days later to created the label to an order that is well past their "processing" time. It is now a full 7 days later and the order has yet to ship so I requested a refund. Well folks, their shotty customer service department (you can only email them) has stated the product has shipped so it cannot be cancelled. According to their provided tracking number the order hasn't been delivered to USPS for 2 day shipping. The company needs money, or their customer service team is that lazy. Either way, I would order via amazon and not from their direct site as they have some clear processing issues coupled by some integrity issues.

Iphone case showing signs of wear far too soon. One glossy case shows signs of the magsafe ring on the outside of the case after less than a week. I decided to to try them again during the black Friday discounts but quickly realized they have not improved the quality of their products. Definitely not worth it even at discounted prices.

I’ve used Nomad’s Horween cases on my phones since the iPhone X. They were the best feeling and best looking cases in the market. Their chargers? Great. Kevlar Cables? Amazing. Their service used to be great too. Now it takes them weeks to ship out orders. I ordered more than $200 worth of stuff and was going to have it expedited. They made buyers aware that they were experiencing a volume of orders and to allow an extra 2-3 days. No problem. A week went by. And then another. Finally canceled my order. They refunded it. Fair enough. I placed the order again after I got back in town. They sent it out in about a week. It finally arrived and they sent me none of what I ordered. It looks like they sent me somebody else’s order instead of mine.

Good products, bad company service. Item I ordered was due to arrive on the 24th. It was important to me as the item was a gift to take abroad. No movement from the package until the 24th when arrival date was updated to the 29th. The date of my flight. No response to e-mails no possibility to speak to a company representative.
