Product quality is excellent. The main problems are the import fees, and return fees (the shipping cost goes to the customer). Customer service is also absent in some situations and in my case, I had to write to them daily in order to get a human operator. (Normally it’s ran by an AI)

UPDATE: Nomad’s customer support reached out to resolve the issue. They acknowledged the situation and stepped up by covering the cost of the VAT and import duties, refunding the amount directly. While the checkout process could still be much more transparent regarding DDU shipments for EU customers, I genuinely appreciate their willingness to take responsibility, listen to customer feedback, and offer a fair resolution. The product quality remains great, and their support team ultimately handled the matter professionally. My experience buying from Nomad as an EU customer (Spain) has been very frustrating. I placed two orders (#4201962596 and #4201959541). At checkout, after entering my shipping address, the total displayed "Tax = 0.00 EUR" with no warning that shipments were sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Because Nomad did not collect EU VAT at checkout, both packages were held at customs. Since the order was split into two shipments, I was charged duplicate handling fees by the local carrier, resulting in over €60 in unexpected extra costs upon delivery. The total lack of transparency during checkout regarding import fees for European buyers is unacceptable, and customer support has not provided a solution yet. Be aware that the price shown at checkout for EU orders is not the final amount you will pay.

Recientemente adquirí un par de cables de carga (mini) no especialmente baratos. Siempre me gustaron los productos de Nomad. En esta ocasión (agosto 2026) me llevé una desagradable sorpresa. En Correos al ir a recoger el paquete me pedían costos de aduana que representan el 70% del precio de los artículos. He reclamado en la empresa y no se hacen inicialmente cargo. Aceptan la devolución (transporte a cargo del comprador) pero las tasas y costes no las asumen. Me indican que venden sin incluir impuestos y tasas (?). Si te planteas hacer una compra directamente en su Web ( en EEUU ) ten en cuenta esta cuestión, ya que el producto te saldrá bastante más caro de lo que piensas. No obstante, la calidad de los productos NOMAD es intachable. Actualizo la información. Desde la empresa contactaron conmigo y me indicaron que la primera respuesta fue de una de sus IA. Tras hablar con ellos llegamos a un acuerdo razonable y debi agradecer el interés de NOMAD por resolver el problema. Aun así todos debemos saber que NOMAD vende sin impuestos ni aranceles, que pueden ser añadidos. Gracias.

Nomad's Stand 1 "SILVER" charger has a 100% WHITE FACE and WHITE space to hold your airpods, with a tiny bit of SILVER on the sides. Bottom line the color reads as WHITE not SILVER. When your iphone is not docked you will see a WHITE charging stand, NOT silver. It's weird because their Black Stand 1 charger is ALL Black and their Orange Stand 1 charger is ALL Orange, but their "Silver" Stand 1 Charger is primarily WHITE with a tiny bit of silver on the sides. A proper description would have been WHITE with Silver Sides. Other than that, Nomad's products are FIRST CLASS.

Easy ordering. Delivery on time. The instructions on the box saved the day because the video on YouTube for re-sizing the band was not up to date. There must have been a re-design. That said the re-design sizing process was easier than what I watched on YouTube. I ended up having to remove 2 regular links and adding just 1 half link for a comfortable fit. But the instructions could be better and it would really help having an up to date video. I am retired dentist so very handy and good with my hands but I could see some having difficulty with the re-sizing. Thus the 4 stars but I really like the band. Super comfy and great looking.

Great case, but one design flaw I received the Nomad Folio case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max and overall, it’s really nice. The fit is perfect, the leather feels premium, and there’s plenty of space for cards and cash. MagSafe works great too — no issues charging. However, the removable magnetic clasp is positioned too high. It interferes with MagSafe car chargers, which makes using it on the go frustrating. If the magnet were just an inch lower, it would be spot on. Surprised this got past R&D because everything else about the case is excellent. Still, it’s a solid case overall — just wish they’d tweak that clasp placement in the next version. Hopefully Nomad takes this feedback on board, since their past iPhone cases have been so close to perfect

Their products are quite good. I own 5 of the Apple watchbands, and the Rocky Point are my favorite. In the past I had some bad experience with the customer service staff, but I have deleted my previous review because customer service has made vast improvements. Just for the record, Lily at Nomad's customer service would rate five stars anywhere. She took care of my questions quickly, efficiently, and with personality. She caused me to delete my negative review, add a positive review, and look at the company in a new light. I gave a total of 4 stars only because of past experience. But by all rights, Nomad has a five star person, who is an asset to Nomad, and the products and the service, are great. They should dump their $5 deduction for return refunds. It does look bad in my opinion.

I’ve purchased a few bands from nomad more recently the titanium. I was disappointed in first one because their tolerance on fitting to watch was incorrect which destroyed the rubber in the middle push in part of lug. They sent me replacement under warranty. They must have started getting similar complaints because with the new “replacement” they sent video. I have two other colours since and no problem. I had been looking at the titanium and was def put off by cost. But one random day I got a 30% code. So I purchased not expecting quick delivery given other reviews I had read. However it arrived in a week and is quality on the ultra. The only pitiful thing with ultra is the kind of silly and cumbersome link adjustment
