Products broke within a few months and now they will not help me. Terrible company!

BE CAREFUL with this company. They will ship you a subpar product and charge you for shipping both ways.

Coque pour Iphone XS (modèle en cuir) achetée en avril 2021. La coque s’est déchirée au niveau des boutons on/off et volumes (je suis pourtant très soigneux). Le coque ne tient plus sur le téléphone. Elle est donc inutilisable. Prise de contact auprès du SAV en décembre 2023 pour expliquer le problème rencontré. Ces derniers se cachent derrière la garantie légale de 2 ans. Aucun remboursement ou échange. Marque qui affiche des produits « premium » avec du cuir fabriqué aux États-Unis avec les prix qui vont avec. Résultat : coques qui durent à peine plus de 2 ans (7 mois de plus que la garantie légale). Première et dernière expérience pour cette marque qui a dû mettre plus d’argent dans le marketing et en web-design que dans le développement sérieux de produit.

I ordered 2 “sport” bracelets for my Apple Ultra 2, and a 3-in-1 charging base on Nov 20, 2023. I received everything, in Portugal, on Nov 29, 2023. No duty. But, the courier charge was $90. The charging station seems excellent. Very heavy. Matches my bedside table, and works great. The bracelets also look very nice, and were discounted for BFCM. Like another reviewer commented they are a mm or 2 skinnier than the OEM apple straps. For the gym, I don’t care. Just buyer beware. Because of this, however, I won’t buy the very expensive titanium strap. Sorry Nomad. My experience was excellent! The products I got, I’m happy with, and I’m also glad I gave a great Shopify powered business a shot, in spite of some iffy reviews lately. Thank you Nomad!

iPhone 15 ProMax Horween Leather Case DEFECTIVE! The case is defective, and I submitted a complaint through their online portal. I got an email saying that they would respond within 1-3 business days, and I never got a response. I wasted $70 for a junk case and no customer support. FedEx tracking says the product originated from China. BUYER BEWARE!

It took 2 weeks to ship an expedited product that turned out to be the cheapest quality piece of leather I have ever seen despite the entire product page describing the apparent best leather manufacturer in the US. There are thousands of reviews online but you can't actually review your purchases so these are clearly mostly fake. The real ones are all the same - the worst quality you could possibly imagine. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a iPhone 15 pro max leather case and it was poor quality and I didn’t feel it would protect my phone if I accidentally dropped it, so I returned it (5 minutes after I opened it) they said a $5 fee would be deducted so when I got a refund of much less than $5 less I was surprised. Turns out they then itemize everything and you pay quite a bit shipping for the item to you and apparently 5$ for the return so $12-13 charge for me to test out an inferior product. Don’t waste your time with them buy on Amazon where you can read and write reviews

I’ve used Nomad’s Horween cases on my phones since the iPhone X. They were the best feeling and best looking cases in the market. Their chargers? Great. Kevlar Cables? Amazing. Their service used to be great too. Now it takes them weeks to ship out orders. I ordered more than $200 worth of stuff and was going to have it expedited. They made buyers aware that they were experiencing a volume of orders and to allow an extra 2-3 days. No problem. A week went by. And then another. Finally canceled my order. They refunded it. Fair enough. I placed the order again after I got back in town. They sent it out in about a week. It finally arrived and they sent me none of what I ordered. It looks like they sent me somebody else’s order instead of mine.
